Students aged 18 through 21 prepare for the future by building time management and executive functioning skills for a smooth transition post graduation.

Work Studies
Fresh Start students are placed in work studies matched with their interests. Students are supported on site by qualified and experienced Fresh Start staff.
Clinical Support
Students in the transition program receive clinical support from licensed professionals. With an emphasis on therapeutic relationships, a multidisciplinary team works individually with each student to encourage success.
Post Secondary Education
The Fresh Start School collaborates with local community colleges to support students as they begin their journey in secondary education.
